Since 2007, Light the Way Childcare Learning Center has been a cornerstone for families in Broaddus, Texas. We're dedicated to providing exceptional care and fostering a love for learning in children from 6 weeks to 12 years old, all within a faith-based environment. Our approach to childcare
At Light the Way Childcare Learning Center, we believe learning is an adventure. Our play-based approach inspires curiosity, creativity, and exploration, helping every child discover their unique potential. We’re committed to creating a warm, engaging environment where children can grow with confidence. Currently, we use the Frog Street curriculum, but we plan to transition the Circle curriculum for the new school year.
Programs for every stage
We offer a comprehensive range of programs designed to meet the developmental needs of children from infancy through their early school years. Each program is crafted to provide a nurturing and educational experience, guided by our faith-based values.
Infant care
Our infant program provides a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, from 6 weeks old.
Toddler programs
Engaging activities designed to foster curiosity and independence in active toddlers.
Preschool education
Preparing children for kindergarten with fun, educational, and faith-based learning experiences.
After-school care
A supportive and enriching environment for school-aged children up to 12 years old after school.

Light The Way Childcare Learning Center has proudly served the Broaddus community for many years. Our mission is to provide a nurturing, faith-based foundation where every child can grow, learn, and develop at their own pace. As a high school student, working at the Learning Center was a rewarding and meaningful experience. I had the opportunity to work closely with children in a positive and supportive environment, assisting with daily activities and contributing to their academic, social, and emotional growth. Through this experience, I developed important skills such as communication, patience, responsibility, and teamwork. Most importantly, working at the Learning Center helped me discover the career path I want to pursue in the future, giving me valuable insight into working with children and strengthening my passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
